Delivery

Delivery is free across the entire Canadian territory for all mobile devices, tablets, and smartwatches.

Delivery times typically range from 2 to 8 business days depending on your province of residence. We will attempt to process your order on the same day if received before 12:00, otherwise, it will be processed on the next business day. An express delivery service is also available for an additional fee.

Please note that delivery times may vary, especially due to the type and quantity of products purchased, the delivery location, holidays, etc. Additionally, the delivery is carried out by third-party service providers over whom Sago has no control and who may also introduce unforeseen delays.

Any delivery time provided to the customer during the purchase process is indicative, and Sago cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from circumstances beyond its control. Nevertheless, Sago will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery times are met.
