Your satisfaction is our priority. If your main device doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a refund within 14 days of receipt.
Return Conditions :
- The device must be returned in the same condition as when you received it.
- Please include the original packaging of the main device.
How to Proceed with a Return:

- Your full name
- Your delivery address
- Your order number
- The IMEI number of the device you wish to return.

How to find your IMEI number:
- Receive Your Return Label: After verifying your request, we will email you a prepaid return label.
- Ship Your Device: Carefully pack the main device in its original packaging, affix the return label to the package, and drop it off at the post office or designated collection point.
- Inspection: Upon receiving your package, our team will inspect the main device to verify its condition.
- Refund: If the main device meets the return conditions, we will process the refund via the original payment method.
Important Exceptions:
- Non-Refundable Accessories: Accessories, such as cases, screen protectors, and other similar items, are non-refundable. You may keep these items.
- Partial Refund: The refund applies to the main device only.
