Satisfaction Guaranteed: 14-Day Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your main device doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a refund within 14 days of receipt.

Return Conditions :

  • The device must be returned in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Please include the original packaging of the main device.

How to Proceed with a Return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service: Send an email to support@buysago.com with the following information:
    • Your full name
    • Your delivery address
    • Your order number
    • The IMEI number of the device you wish to return.
      • How to find your IMEI number:
        • On iPhone:
          • Settings > General > About.
          • Dial *#06# in the Phone app.
          • On the SIM tray (some models).
          • On the original packaging.
        • On Samsung:
          • Settings > About phone.
          • Dial *#06# in the Phone app.
          • On the original packaging.
  2. Receive Your Return Label: After verifying your request, we will email you a prepaid return label.
  3. Ship Your Device: Carefully pack the main device in its original packaging, affix the return label to the package, and drop it off at the post office or designated collection point.
  4. Inspection: Upon receiving your package, our team will inspect the main device to verify its condition.
  5. Refund: If the main device meets the return conditions, we will process the refund via the original payment method.

Important Exceptions:

  • Non-Refundable Accessories: Accessories, such as cases, screen protectors, and other similar items, are non-refundable. You may keep these items.
  • Partial Refund: The refund applies to the main device only.
